Balances you can trust

Entitlement, accruals, days taken, days still pending. Half days count as half, at either end of a request. A booking that spans New Year is split across both leave years, so December never quietly spends January.

What is Hashoff?
Leave management software for small and mid-sized teams. It tracks paid time off, sick leave and any leave type you define, routes each request to the right approver, and shows who is away. It runs as a web app with Slack built in for requests and approvals.
How much does Hashoff cost?
One plan, priced on the size of your team. There is a 30-day trial and no card to start.
Do we need Slack to use Hashoff?
Yes. Hashoff installs into a Slack workspace and people sign in with Slack, which is also how your roster is imported, so nobody is added by hand. Administration, policies, reporting and the team timeline are all in the web app.
How does Hashoff count days?
Only working days are charged. Weekends are free, and so are the public holidays of the country set on that person's team. Half days count as half and can fall at either end of a request.
Can different teams have different allowances?
A leave type is defined once for the company. You choose which teams get it, and anyone who needs a different number of days can be given their own allowance.
