These terms cover your use of Hashoff, a leave and time-off tracker for Slack. By installing it into a Slack workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
Hashoff lets people in your Slack workspace request time off, lets managers approve or deny it, and keeps track of leave balances, public holidays, and who is away. Your Slack workspace is the source of who exists — people are imported from it rather than added by hand.
You need authority to install applications into your Slack workspace and to agree to these terms on your organisation's behalf. The person who installs Hashoff becomes its first administrator.
Hashoff calculates balances from the policies, holidays and working weeks you configure. We work hard to get this right and test it heavily, but you remain responsible for your own payroll and statutory obligations. Check the numbers before relying on them for pay or for anything with legal consequence.
We do not offer an uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something has broken. If that changes, these terms will say so explicitly.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You own your organisation's data. You can ask us for an export or a deletion at any time.
You can uninstall Hashoff from your Slack workspace whenever you want, which stops all processing. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service, and we will tell you why. After an account closes we delete its data within 90 days.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of figures shown in the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to administrators before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.
